It is though. A handheld screen is way too small to display adventure games in enough detail (the DS’s screens don’t even have enough resolution to do so, although I suppose the PSP’s does).
Therefore, one screen displays everything the PC screen would (scaled down to fit), while the other displays a zoomed-in view. You can’t see it here, but it follows the action during cutscenes and the stylus during play. It’s very well thought out.

That doesn`t look like a particularly constructive use of the two screens there!
