Although it's been a good few years since I played it (ie: when it came out) and I don't really want to go back to it, I do remember it being a really good game. Even Vice City and San Andreas haven't managed to capture me like good ol' III did, even if they were also superb. A good choice Huz. It was like Mario 64; I lusted for it but didn't have the technology to play it - and like previous Mario games, I had adored the original GTA games on the PS1.<br /> <br /> As it happened by the time I got a copy of GTA3 on the PC, I found it to be sort of pseudo-outdated... that's why the only GTA3-era GTA game I played properly was San Andreas, which was good fun but at the same time, it didn't change my life.<br /> <br /> I envy you for having access to GTA3 when it was new though - if I had done it would most likely have made my top 5.
